Returns Policy

All items can be returned within 21 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers). You'll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. 

The items must be received in original condition - unworn, no scratches / liquid marks, in original packaging

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. PK Silver Design reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
